HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Being located in regional NSW, items purchased often take between 3 to 6 business days from our post office. Parcels with an overseas destination, usually take 5 to 10 business days by Airmail.

CAN I RECEIVE BETTER OR MORE PHOTOS OF AN ITEM I’M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING?

Yes, if the photo on our website is limited, please email us and we can send some better photos within 48 hours.

WHAT HOURS IS OUR STORE PHYSICALLY OPEN?

Our store is located in Coolamon, near Wagga Wagga, NSW.
We are open Friday & Saturdays from 10 to 5 pm and the last Sunday of each month from 11 to 3 pm ‘ish. We will also open any other time by arrangement and of course online 24/7.

HOW WELL DO WE PACKAGE GOODS PURCHASED FROM US?

We pride ourselves on our packaging; we wrap all items in tissue paper or similar and then double wrap in bubble wrap. They are then packed in a substantial box with plenty of padding between them and the outer surface of the box. Of the hundreds of items we’ve posted, nothing has ever arrived damaged.

WHY DO THE PRICES SEEM ABOVE AVERAGE?

As a leading dealer of vintage and retro collectables, we take great pride in specialising and sourcing the more collectable, rarer and more treasured pieces available. You can be sure everything you buy on our site comes to you restored & in as good condition as is possible for a vintage item that is often over 50 years old.

DO WE POST OUR ITEMS OVERSEAS?

Yes, we certainly do. Since being online we’ve posted well hundreds of parcels to all corners of the globe, all of which arrived in the same condition as they left us. On some occasions the postage cost may prove cost-prohibitive, as an example, a set of kitchen canisters usually costs about AU$60 to send to the UK.
