Oozing Australiana, it was released 45 years ago and is one of a set of 3, in the ‘Australian Collection’ Series, No.1; it even has its original red and gold sticker on the lid. In misty brown and green tones, it shows a picture of 2 boys fishing on the banks of a river, in amongst gum trees, on the lid and the same scene repeated around the sides of the tin. Artwork was the creation of Australian artist Ramon Ward-Thompson.
