We generally are not able to offer returns. This is due to the uniqueness and fragility of many of our items that require more packaging to keep them safe during transit. If you feel that a product was not as described, please contact us and we’ll try to come to an arrangement that works for both of us. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when we sent it.
